Hi everyone,
I am sure you are well into your studies by now. You have read through the material, but have you begun to learn how to apply your knowledge?
The single biggest mistake I see Candidates make is “….waiting until May to do practice questions…” Why is this a mistake? Think about how long it takes to go through 1,000 (or 2,000) questions and actually review and learn from them….not 2 weeks, not 3 weeks…..I’d say starting NOW in March is the prime time to introduce this to your study routine.
The learning benefit from doing questions is to be able to go back and see what you know and what you don’t know, to diagnose what mislead you or fooled you and this takes time.
And keep your questions coming, I hope I have been able to act as your “personal tutor” helping you pass the exam.
If you are waiting until May to ask me questions, it will probably be too late, I’m sure I will be flooded with questions at that time and you run the risk of leaving it too late!
Stay positive, you can pass this exam!

Thanks Brian.
But dude, putting an MBA behind your name? really?
You better have came out of a top 5 MBA program
Hope. It is the quintessential human delusion, simultaneously the source of your greatest strength, and greatest weakness.
Till now I was studing from Schweser notes but as I started giving test I thought that should I also refer CBOK (CFA books ) that I got when I registered for level II. Should I refer CFA books also? Is it essential to refer to CFA books to pass CFA level II exams?
