my opinion:
the past morning exams are available without any login necessary on their website, therefore I cannot imagine how using past papers (even older ones) could be any problem for the institute. Also there is no disclaimer, compared to Mock exams….

Where can you find past papers, i haven’t been able to find them on the website?
Thanks!
Hi cfakid, you’ll find them here; you may need to log in…

2011 Mock Exam (Afternoon only):

There are older exams floating around the internets, but I think officially (accoring to the CFAI) we’re not supposed to look at those ones.

Thanks Wendy, you’re the bomb!
Would anyone be kind enough to upload old papers which are no longer on CFAI website (2007 and older)?
Please post your email address and I would be happy to email you what I have.

Be careful; I believe the CFAI is not keen on candidates sharing old CFAI exams, outside of the ones that they are currently providing.
In any case, if you haven’t finished studying the L3 curriculum, you are getting ahead of yourselves.

Well, maybe. But this is the same organization that nearly lost their minds when there was a tiny pencil scratch on my exam admission ticket.
One of my goals in life is to steer clear of CFAI’s “disciplinary and/or legal action”.
Wendy - I like the way you post. You should check out the below forum of ex-Afers. I’d think you’ll fit right in.
