Anyone managed to buy the

CAIA Level II: Integrated Topics and Applications. 2010.
CAIA Level II: Current and Integrated Topics 2009 – 2010.

from amazon rather than full price from the publisher?

I think that is not possible. In the previous L2 rounds, the article collection was not available in Amazon either.

However, the third book on your list is a collection of articles. Some of them were more difficult to get than the others, but luckily (and access to a very good library), I was able to acquire all the original articles in PDF format from the convenience of my office ;-)

The second book on your list is also mainly articles. I do not have a few of the unpublished chapters.

shootingstar, have you read any of the original articles? do you find them hard to understand??

Yes, I have read through all that I have. I don’t think they are conceptually difficult or hard to understand to anyone who passed Level I. There is, however, a lot of things to memorize.

From my skim that would definitely appear to be the case.
