Final stages of interview process - what to expect

Hi all,

I’m in the final stages of interviewing for an AM firm. Value shop, analyst position. I’m trying to figure out what the final interview will look like based on how things have gone so far.

First stage was answering some questions and giving an analysis on a company the firm provided.

Second stage was a phone call with a few people on the team. Mostly fit questions, some discussion of my analysis.

Third stage is an in-person half day interview. Will be meeting with ~4 people at a time for ~1 hour at a time. What do you think will be covered? It seems like it could be almost anything?

Thanks!

Yeah. You should probably expect up to four different approaches.

Some analysts who want to talk specifics, then some middle managers that want to see what kind of employee you will be, and finally an officer of some sort who keeps it high level. In my experience it generally goes from low to high rank, so that you are exhausted by the time you meet with the top person. Hide a sandwich in your suit!
