I am getting near 3 years in an accounting role,want to switch to corp Fin Asap,does GARP,CFAI,etc need your experience be validated from your employee? This is an easy task,however since I work in an area where most companies for some reason or other are not internationally recognized,
The less recognized your company…the easier it is to spin your experience.

If you don’t have relevant experience, its hard. If you do, it’s easy.
If your job is “Assurance Senior” at EY or PWC or “Consultant” at IBM, they know you’re not an investment guy. But if you are “XYZ” at a firm nobody has heard of it is impossible for them to verify. I am not advocating lying, but show yourself in the best light.
Point I am making is the fact your company is not well known is not going to hurt you, what is important is what you write down as experience in terms of tasks.
