Does anyone know of a resource (book or website) that shows how to do this step by step or detail? I have not come across such a site - people refer to SOTP in general but I need help with the mechanics. I understand the big picture but I need some guidance on allocating expenses to units, especially when there is no formal segmentation of business units.
