1, Do u have finance background ?

2. Do you think that this  plan will leave you with 1 month of revison ?

3.How much time you think each study session will take ?

4. Can you give me details abt ur plan, since I am from non finance background..I am trying to put 4;00 hours / weekday and 4-6 hour on weekend…

Thanks for your reply !

Well. I have a solid finance background… If you dont have a finance background I would recommend you to study 3 hours a day and 6 hours on saturdays and sundays… Try to do three study sessions during the 5 weekdays and 3 during the weekends… That will leave you plenty of time for review in my opinion..

Also try to review the stuff as you finish new books. Don’t review the entire thing just at the end… I will review the first three books after I am done with the third one.. Then I will review the 4th and 5th book after I am done with those… I hope to be done with all of these at the end of october…. So I will have all november for mocks and practice exams…

I you dont have a finance background, you will probably need the CFA materials for a lot of topics…

i am in the same situation plus working until 31st august so i am thinking about starting easier and catch up in september.

Anyway the plan is 1.5 study session per week -> 12 weeks plus 6 weeks for review and mock exams. What do you think?

My study plan is c23hours a week. 1 in the morning, 2 in the evening each weekday and then 8 on a saturday or sunday.

I have finished Ethics, Quant and will finish FRA this week which is 47% of the material. I’m planning on having a revision week next week to nail the bits I can’t remember, go over the EOC questions and hit 1000 questions on Qbank

I should finish everything by the lst week of September which gives me 2 months of revisions and exam practice.

The last week before the exam I will take off from work and try and do 70 hours.

In total, I’m looking at c500 hours of study.

You need to be able to do all of the end of chapter questions in about 1.5 minutes (240 questions on the exam, 360 minutes for the total exam day = 1.5 minutes per question), Be mindful of the topic weights. You can pass in 18 weeks put you don’t have much room for error - don’t prograstinate any longer.
