Am I eligible with 3 years Bachelor's degree?

Hi,

I have a bachelor’s degree from India, which is 3 years degree. I live in USA. I checked in my university and I can take graduate course in India. Am I eligible to take level 1 exam? As I live in US, do I need 4 years bachelor’s? I am thinking of transferring course and get bachelor’s. But will take 2-3 years. That’s why I am thinking of taking my exam based on 3 years bachelor’s degree from India. Can anyone please assist me?

3rd year in degree is ok because you have 18 months more since registration to have the degree according to CFA program.
