What is actually meant by "aggregate" supply/demand?

Probably one of the “dumber” questions, but what is meant by “aggregate” supply and demand - can somebody explain?

Supply and demand in the entire economy, for everything: baseballs, tax preparation, prom dresses, CFA tutoring, capers, psychological counselling, the works.
