FMV = Fair Market Value = Fair Value = The price you are able to sell the asset at

Book Value = Carrying Value = Original Cost - Accumulated Depreciation

NRV = Net Realizable Value = FV - Selling Cost - Costs to Complete

Value in Use = PV of discounted CFs at current interest rate

PV of un discounted CFs = No special name given
