Buying a print version of the curriculum

Hi. I am have been looking for a way to buy the print version of the 2016 CFAI curriculum without registering… and I found this - http://www.cfainstitute.org/about/governance/policies/Pages/customs_fees_and_shipping.aspx

Can someone please me out with this… shipping fees portion mentions customers who are not candidates. Therefore, is it right for me to think that I (not candidate, because not yet registered) can buy?

Aside from that I am quoting the website and it says “Login to access yourCandidate Resources and the link to purchase the print version.” Unfortunately, I can’t find the link. Help.

Yes you can buy before registering. I believe if you are not in the US they charge you a higher fee to ship the books though. Cost is 150 for the books, shipping was 20 for me in the US, and tax. You have to call them to order books prior to registering, this can not be done online.
