Can I register for level II when I have not sit for level I yet?

Can I register for June 2016 level II to take advantage of the cheaper fee when I have not sit for the level I yet? I’m doing level in Dec

You are automatically offered to register for L1.

If you pass L1, you can’t register for L1 again. The system automatically offers you the L2 registration.

No you can’t…you can only register for L2 once you have passed L1

Unless you spend your time _ now _ studying for the Level I exam, it won’t matter: you’ll be retaking the Level I exam in June.
