Hi,

am sorry I cannot see where it used 12% growth rate for FCFE, it has used 20% till 2017 and the used perpetuity formula to get the terminal value where it used the growth rate of 6%

Thanks for the reply! I was tired that day. I think my brain was not functioning well. They used 1.2 as a number which is 20% rate. For some reason, I kept thinking it was 12% for a while.
