I have been observing the devolopment of Sentifi for a few months now and I am somewhat amazed that it is still free. For those who don’t know, sentifi is platform that gauges interest or sentiment towards markets, stocks, and other finance related indicators. It allows you to see what’s hot in the market and what people care about. Especially in Germany, sentifi has spawned equity funds geared towards tracking sentiment trends and they have been quite successful. My big concern is that such a platform might only add noise to the information overload most of us face anyway. Also, sentifi’s coverage is still quite limited, but that might change as more people sign up.
