Years ago I worked with a (very old, white, middle class) engineer who one day told me that I was the least-bigoted person he’d ever met.
Given that my father and my (fraternal) grandmother were amongst the most bigoted people I’d ever met, I took it as a distinct compliment.
It’s possible this guy just really, really likes potassium.
