There are special words for this in Mandarin, Japanese and Korean that have no English language equivalent. In Japanese it’s called Karoshi.

I’m pretty sure there is no English word for bukkake also. The Japanese must work hard and play hard (?).

Different mentality over there in the East.

Easterners are quick to take ownership of problems at work and expect hard work to be recognized, just as in their school system.

Westerners work to promote themselves and any actual hard work and effort is towards that goal. The employer’s problem is typically not their problem.
