Double M or not ?

I have asked this before but I guess timing was not right, I am 45 credits away from an applied math requirements with about a year left to finish my undergrad in accounting.Both are not relevant , but I wanted to do the Mathematics gig to move to more quant based programs/roles in the future.Any thoughts ?

P.S: my school is ranked under 20 in the mathematics section so it’s not your turn housewives into math tutors kind of program.

If you’re talking about working in finance, you probably need to apply to MFE or other MS quant program.

This is actually about an undergrad.I can do a double major with only 45 credits ahead of me.

Yes. I just meant that the applied math major might not help you much in recruitment, since firms generally higher quant people with graduate degrees.
