I will say that I don’t totally disagree with Trump’s foreign policy. I do believe US foreign policy needs a radical rethink and some of the concepts that Trump brings up are quite legitimate. He thinks of the US in ther terms of a nation-state and less of an empire. I do like how he’s effectively on board with Obama when it comes to Cuba and Iran despite his protestations to the contrary and believes in engaging Russia more, rather than Russia=enemy which has been the Republican doctrine.
TL:DR Trump is foolish (or his supporters are) but I like some of his concepts here a lot more than I like Hillary’s neocon liberalism.
