And so it begins.

In case someone missed it…

Would you like to buy the t-shirt?

Yeah, why not?

I’ll take one as well. This CO2 insanity is going off the rails. My province is bringing in a carbon tax to be paid by all, but refunded to the biggest emitters because without the refund, they wouldn’t be competitive. So then all the oil execs getting the big refund stand on stage with this socialist dumbo patting her on the back while proclaiming this is a victory of the market over an environmental threat. Disgusting.

I know this is a “pie in the sky” dream… but one simple way to stop these politicians and the likes from making idiotic decisions is to take away their indexed pension plans. Why would Wynne, Notley or Trudeau alike care about the substantial increases in their utility bills or other goods resulting from carbon taxes when their pensions are indexed and are guaranteed by the tax payers?

Their pension plans should be correlated with the future financial health of the province / country much like issuing stock options. This will at least help discourage some of the short-sighted decisions such as taking on more debt / taxing the crap out of the working class to cater to special interest groups (media, unions, environmentalists, aborigionals, religious groups and LGBT communities) in order to get re-elected. CBC is such a joke in Canada with blatant liberal biased journalism after Trudeau made election promises in the millions…

Canada is already one of the highest taxed countries in the world and the way Trudeau is handing out money to everyone outside of Canada… we are not too far away from becoming the next Detroit / Greece… we all know Ontario is almost there already.

I am not a fan of Trump, but I can see why he is so popular amongst voters and I would vote for him over Hilary just to get away from the status quo and see what would happen if I was a registered US voter.

Nearly 60% of Ontario’s electricity comes from nuclear. Are environmentalists okay with a couple more nuclear plants to charge all those electric cars?

This province loves inventing reasons to drive up the cost of living and cost of doing business.
