A significant boost to Hillary now that the public won’t have exposure to other candidates. Since he won’t win anymore, voting for him is just another way of taking sides in Clinton vs Trump. Other than that your vote is meaningless.

No real surprise there. Maybe he can cobble together enough money to buy some airtime right before or after the debate.

Realistically I would love for them to do away with all that crap and just allow GJ & JS to debate as well. If you are working a serious campaign and on the ballot in the majority of states the people should have a right to hear your policies. The debates in general I think are more of a dog & pony show but still they do matter to a lot of people. Gary is on the ballot in all 50 states + DC, Jill is on in 44 States + DC. It is ridiculous they arent on the stage, and solely so people dont think they have another choice
Excluding people with no chance of winning is important to the democratic outcome though. As mentioned, a candidate who has only 10% support will only hurt the major candidate who is the closest in policy. So, the opposite candidate will be more likely to win.
unfortunate- still pulling for GJ though. A third party vote does mean something. It means you disapprove of Hillary and Trump. It means that both the republicans and democrats are not getting it done for this country anymore and its time to realize there are other options.
Not surprising. The polling commission or whatever it’s called is controlled by democrats and republicans. they’ve been playing games with the polls with respect to 3rd party candidates forever. GJ is suing the commission and I hope that brings about change. Things will be so bad by next election I think the people will demand it.
If GJ retires, most of his supporters will migrate to Trump, not to Hillary. Mostly they are little boys who believe in fairytales of libertarianism.
