Basically, after taking into consideration marriage, children, part-time status, the pay is equal. I think a few other articles point out that unmarried women with no children earn 95% of a man’s wage.
I like the point where it says if women are worth 77% of a man’s work, then why don’t profit firms have the incentive to hire all women?
