Appreciate your feedback onlysimon. We would like to negotiate and execute the deal through distressed equity brokers rather than putting an ad to the public.I have a big list of brokers but very few are specialized in the line of distressed financial institutions.

You should give GS a call, as they have a long list of victims… er, customers, who might be interested in such an investment.
