Getting outraged over this video is stupid but the White dudes extrapolating this reaction to this as ‘political correctness going too far’ and ‘White male being persecuted by society’ are equally foolish.
Frats/Sororities by and large should be left free if they are private but too many of them are becoming a nuisance now and more trouble than they are worth. There was a frat incident a while back where a couple of White dudes were walking around chanting racial slurs directed at Black people and many other incidents have taken place along similar lines. This is crap and the people involved should be prosecuted regardles of the ‘young and foolish’ argument. This kind of behaviour is largely absent in countries worldwide at the collegiate level and perhaps a comprehensive revamp of these organizations is required.
The bro arguing White people should be allowed to celebrate their culture sounds like a Donald Trump caricature. This could be a valid argument in say South Africa but in the States where the mainstream media and culture is White, more than 60% of the people are White, positive aspects of other cultures are absorbed and passed of as White and the negative aspects glossed over it become a rubbish argument.
Oh and yeah, ISH > frat houses.
