Well, normally we tend to make friends with those who have something in common with us. Did you remember RR said “I would kill my entire family (along with myself) if i were similar to you in any way whatsoever” ? So my answer is I don’t want they are friends because RR would commit suicide ==> we won’t have good comedies any more !

I might know what you were thinking about… No way. Igor said somewhere in AF “NANA (or NANI as he calls her) is cool” . If NANA were RR, there would be many dramas here. And I’d definitely go out there to buy popcorns and wait for the most interesting part to come.

Most Indians who studied it at school actually speak it without any accent. The hardest accent to understand seems to be from the people in Northern Britain. Strange considering they invented it.

More specifically the accents of people from merseyside seems to differ greatly from people from london and even within greater manchester the accent differs widely from being easy to understand to being able to induce a headache
