and its much easier to keep a client than go out and get a new one. obviously you have to make sure not to lose everyone but if you can bring something different to the clients like tax planning, estate, etc it can be an interesting opportunity

Don’t forget also that the US medical system is run by a cartel. If financial institutions could veto the entrance of any new kind of ETF, brokerage, or trading system, they would make a lot more money also…

I would ballpark 5 year retention rate at 25%
