I went clubbing in Xi’an in my younger days and it was an experience to remember. Absolutely ridiculous. Except they weren’t really loser chicks, just being the only westerner in town certainly gives you a serious edge.

Yeah, it can be an interesting experience. But it can also get old really fast. In a club you go there to meet people so that’s cool, but on the street it is just annoying. We walk on streets to get from one place to another, not talk to 100 random strangers, every single day.

What’s not being shown is the fact that these guys are not cat calling for looks but instead, change. If it makes this girl feel less special, any guy would have received a good amount of “nice suit, can you spare some change”.
