anyone else think ISIS is largely a fabrication of the US government? Personally, I didn’t start hearing about ISIS until a year ago. Where were these people 10 years ago? How did they become a global threat overnight?

Why does my government seem to know so much and be so concerned about gangs halfway around the world? What about the gangs in Chicago, LA, etc? I say we focus on our problems at home first before we correct other cultures.

Keep in mind, even after Pakistan is caught with its pants down sheltering Bin Laden (ostensibly the reason for killing thousands of Afghans), not a peep from the US. Or when Saudi Royal family members are known promoters of the same disease, move along, nothing to see here.

Why do you share such sickening articles?

I don’t understand what’s to be gained by reading such disturbing news. Everyone already hates these people and since spreading fear is part of their strategy, the best thing we can do is completely ignore them. Not saying that our govts should stop fighting but just ignore them otherwise, don’t print anything about them or any of their disturbing acts. These a-holes don’t deserve an iota of our attention.

A friend who is a reporter once suggested news agencies should run a blank page in the newspaper whenever they hear of an incident like this, but nt print the details - just a blank page. Ignorance and silent treatment can go a long way to fight them psychologicaly. If, say you were an FBI interrogator, how would you behave if the guy you’re torturing doesn’t show any signs of fear or intimidation? I think at one point you’d give up coz you’re not able to break the guy on a mental level. Wouldn’t hurt to try it on these jerks.
