Yeah if anything you’re getting off pretty easy if he’s only two months away from (hopefully) taking his last exam! My girlfriend and I were together for 6 months when I signed up for L1. She’s been through a band 10 fail of L1, a re-take pass and now I’m taking L2 in June. So best case scenario is I’m done in June 2016.
And when I did that re-take I was pretty sure I failed again because that’s just the nature of this f’ing thing so I moped around like a baby for a few weeks. (Oh yeah big FYI here - the results take forever to come back, hopefully he’s more mature than me and can put the exam behind him once the pencil is down. 
)
Thank god my package is huge.
Because I ordered a lot of additional study materials to ensure I don’t fail ever again.
