My dreams is to sleep the night before the exam. The idea of the dark room and silence enviorment makes me freak out and my mind never stop visiulizing a millions events at speed 10000 mile/hr. My heart beating and like to explode. Have no idea what to do. Pills will makes me stupid during the rest. Any clue ?
Good advice ChuckRox, thanks. I actually slept way too much today than required. I will suspend the medication until the exam is over…perhaps take pain killer with no drowsiness feature.
Don’t do what I’ll be doing…sleeping in the same room as 7 week old twins the night before the exam.
