Yo Libs!

ahhh ok, now we’re getting somewhere, the sickness is finally revealed. i somewhat like you, you’re sometimes thoughtful and whatnot. for your own good I’ll just give you a little advice: it is impossible to live a fulfilling life based on a philosophy (implicit or explicit) that contradicts itself, i.e. is not internally consistent. i’m afraid your above statement is a common refrain of people who try to muddle through life full of contradictions. it necessarily leads to one or more of suffering, anxiety, fear, self-loathing, hate for others, and any number of other psychological maladies. whether or not you have acknowledged it in your own life, it is there and it will (or already has) manifest at some point in negative ways; unfortunately we cannot escape universal truth. it’s our job to understand it and conform to it in order to live a fulfilling life. good luck, i hope you get there some day. if you would like some suggested reading, DM me and I’ll point you in the right direction.

The most important part of this paragraph is universal truth. But, each has their own version of it. What does universal truth mean to you?

The nightmare continues for Dems through 2020?

Preach.

the normalization of kid fuckers has been a long time in the making. directed, intentional. but it’s all relative, right Yayy? What’s your motto, “do what thou wilt”? along all aspects of life, the cultivation of self degradation has been ongoing for decades. people are finally waking up to who is pulling the strings and why.

Turd?

if you haven’t checked this out yet, I highly recommend carving out some time to take a look. all the claims in here are cited and corroborated by multiple sources. extremely eye opening to the fact that we didn’t just land in this cesspool recently by accident. it has been directed over many decades. you can apply this model of ‘social control/priming’ to every aspect of life and our institutions. if you’ve ever asked ‘why the fuck’ about the absurdity of our current state of culture, here is your answer. wake up people, the cultivation of self degradation is everywhere.

Just saying you aren’t attached doesn’t negate the issue. I really can’t tell if you are trolling or not. You seem to be going through the very common phase lots of us westerners go through whenever we first start our journey. I just sure hope you don’t get stuck at this point due to all this nonsense

@rawraw, save the armchair psychology for one of the mental weaklings on here – there’s plenty.

@isaiah - i’m not going to write out my entire philosophy but I’ll give you my bedrock reading list:

Objectivism, Ayn Rand (impregnable proof that man is a volitional being and _ robust _ human fulfillment is only attainable through self-directed, voluntary association in conformance with natural law). Rand had a partial understanding of reality but her central conclusions on the preconditions for human fulfillment are indisputable. She eschewed reality that i would call “extra-rational” which exists. Others – Liberty Defined, Ron Paul; Tao Te Ching; and many others. Hayek, The Road to Serfdom

The other aspects of reality that transcend _ AND _ integrate Rand. I.e. what man should do as a volitional being is to first master himself and then honor and cultivate his connection to everything in the universe: Theory of Everything, Ken Wilber; Unbeatable Mind, Mark Divne (self mastery for service to others); Light on Life, Iyengar; Bhagavad Gita (just cuz it’s beautiful); Antifragile, Taleb (top-down bad).

Self-mastery – Stoics, Mark Divine, 3 pillars of zen, Zen Mind, Beginners Mind and so many others that are mainly derivatives of the Stoics.

Oh ok cool. Does all this philosophy and self-mastery lead to theology?

yes, but not from some stupid book but from self discovery.

little dennis getting on the right side of the issue, good for you little guy:
