  1. anticipate the catalysts and make sure you take the appropriate position. 2. read up on some psychology mainly on emotions 3. don’t tell anyone about your wealth or losses, or you will get sued 4. don’t risk what you cant lose, and you will lose 100% multiple times… 5. don’t use margin, purchase deep in the money puts if you want to short(you don’t need margin, or very little to purchase options, writing you do) 6. paper trading is fake and won’t trade for real, complete waste of time 7. save up 10K and lose it all in a few minutes, then do that 2+ times. Now you will take paper trading seriously, lol 8. don’t tell anyone about your wealth or losses, or you will get sued 9. if you have to vent about losses or gains do it on an anonymous bbs, something awful, 4chan, etc. don’t do it in real life, you will get sued 10. do your own taxes and if you have to go to court represent yourself. many bbses and countless websites you can use a resource to prepare. The reason is because accountants and lawyers will find out about your assets and sue you. 11. your broker will call you constantly to sell you shit, and since he knows about your wealth is probably going/planning to sue you. 12 work a normal job and drive a normal car, complain about your student loans and credit debt, make your rent a few days late a couple times. You will get sued when they find out you have $$$ 13 hide your assets from your girlfriend and future wife, they don’t deserve shit no matter how much they love you, when you are gone I bet 100% they will sue you. 14 make sure you have a solid will and test that gives all your cash to bill gates or buffet or someone else on Forbes list. The reason is most charities spend little on charity including churches, schools, etc. Better to give it to a person that doesn’t need it then give it to anyone else. money already changed these people has much as it will. 15. don’t tell anyone about your wealth or losses, or you will get sued

Just wondering why you are so worried about getting sued, especially since you are trading your own money. Out of curiosity, are you originally from India or Russia?
