It depends, is this Hippo raw? Is it boiled? Baked? Fried? Do I have to eat the hipster bits (fat tissue and the dick)? Can I add condiments? Did Jim Carrey emerge from the a-nus while on a secretive spy mission? Has said Hippo had a balanced hippo diet or was it more nigerian nomad based?
