Just want to know if 2015, or even 2014 Uppermark/Schweser’s notes still good for the Sep 2016 & Mar 2017exam? Will those 2014/2015 test bank/ Qbank questions still good for this time? Those new books are expensive…

Q-bank access drops off after you take your exam. The exams also change materials, I know that was a large motivation for me passing level 2 on the first shot since they did change some of the materials.
I think that they added more case studies on this next exam cycle, but maybe somebody that’s taking it currently could weight in with more info.
