Just wanted to give everyone a heads up… page 65: your calculated numbers will be off from the table because they’re using rounded numbers. give it a try and you will match theirs pretty close. page 316: for the discount rate: 6.10% as per my calculations on excel 6.06% as per the book .04% difference and i’m not too worried about that. ------------------------------------------------------------------ I NEED HELP!!! with the following though: page 317: for the CV value: 103.36 as per the book 102.39 as per my calculations using their 6.06% discount. .97 difference in pricing.
