For those who used Schweser, do you think it is good enough to only use it to be comfortably prepared for the exam or should you also use the CAIA text?
I used it exclusively, passed the exam, but mind you there is material from the exam not covered by the schwesser. imo schwesser is much better at CFA than CAIA, I passed all 3 levels of CFA with schwesser, feeling absolutely comfortable, but not so much with the CAIA.
I used Schweser and passed, but I also read the curriculum. There is absolutely no reason why you should not read the actual material if you are serious about passing the exam. Anything graded on a curve like this means that you are competing against the other test takers, not the test. And besides, you might actually learn something…
