I want to know about Quant corporate Finance research areas. What is this field all about?
Is this the only quant field in investment banking deals?
With the new instruments like convertible debt, different class of shares with voting rights, covertible after some time horizon, and more exotic ways of capital structure, how do we decide valuation for such things?
