1 Investment Banking interview 20h to prepare

Hi,

I’m going to be preparing for a IB interview over the month and I have no more than 20h to prepare.

The challenge is: how to fill those 20h for maximum benefit.

Some key info:

Its with a Canadian bank

I,ve already done some wall street prep and now I do wall street training

I,m studying CFA level 2 hardcore so I guess I,ll focus on FRA and Equity Investments until the interview in order to hit 2 birds with 1 stone?

Get the Vault guide or read some posts on wallstreetoasis.com

let me guess. RBC

@ Bromion - Just got breaking into wall street interview guide… pretty nice so far.

@ Iteration - No its not

Scotia has been trying to recruit recently in Fixed Income.

Not them either…

Anyways, Mergers and Inquisition was worth the investment IMO… if you quickly skim through the book and copy/paste key info that pertains to your weak areas you’ll get the most value.

After doing just that I’m under the impression that preparing for less than 20h is very doable if you keep working your CFA IB skills(level 2) and read deal news regularly…
