I’ve got excellent O&G analytical experience and all that, and I’ve always heard London has a pretty good O&G thing going on. Anybody know of resources to help a Canadian get a job over there in it? I’ve been looking at visa’s and seems like my only option is to get the employer-sponsored visa, which really shoots me in the foot… I just really want to meet Kiera Knightley.

Once at Heathrow, you better answer their questions on what business you have there (to their liking), otherwise they’ll throw you in a cell for 20+ hours and then send you back home.
Not kidding.
At least that’s what they do to Americans.
