So I have been through the phone screenings, did the modeling test, and met with the analyst. I am now scheduled to speak with a senior member of the firm, who isn’t part of the coverage team. Anybody know what kinds of questions to expect?
That sounds like a fit interview, want to know your commitment to the firm, expectations, career goals, etc. Whatever the reality, if you want the job, sell yourself as a long-term employee who has really enjoyed meeting everyone at the firm and wants to be a highly motivated self-starter. That’s your play.
