I have approximately 6 years of experience and it’s taking me a little longer to find opportunities. However, I’m noticing that recent college grads that have been in the firm for 1 to 2 years quickly land jobs at competitors. Is it because they’re relatively cheaper and more flexible? This one analyst told me that it took him 6 weeks to find a new a job. I’ve been in the search process for 2 months and although I get a good amount of recruiters calling me, followed by a couple of 1st/2nd round interviews, it never sticks.
What type of roles? Is it doing the same thing that you’re currently doing?
