Hello,

I will be shortly start writing my master thesis about “how much shoud we pay for growth”.

The idea is to discuss how to take into account the potential growth of a company into our valuation and then I would try to apply some statistical approach in order to see how does the market value it.

Do you know any books / papers regarding this subject?

Revenue growth essentially.

I want to talk about :

  • How do professionals make growth rate projections in practice

  • How markets perceive fast growing company

  • How can investors correctly estimate the extra price for a high growing company
