anybody got any good recommendations to network on Linkedin? Is it even worth contacting people directly to seek potential opportunities. It seems that most firms have a centralized HR which is in charge for all recruiting therefore it seems almost pointless reaching out directly. Then again, I do always hear about individual success stories so would be curious to hear from these people what observations they made ie. what worked/ what didn’t etc.
