Becoming a better Financial Analyst

While wating for my CFA Level II results I am thinking about what factors can contribute to be an better Financial Analyst (either Debt or Equity Site)? Beyond CFA Program do you recomened other academic course or programms? I.e. Master in Finance?

Or is practice (i.e. read, analyse Financial Statements and investing) more over reading books engouh to achieve this target?

Get a PhD in Economics and a bus pass

then you can go anywhere you want

But even then, with Transport Authority disruptions and the occasional strike, one cannot be assured to go where they want to go…
