Hi all, I have been looking for information/guidance on setting up an investment/trading company in Europe. The capital would only be managing family capital, would only have one director and invest mainly in derivatives. Do you have any info on what European country and corporate structure would be best suited to do this as well as what regulatory requirements would be applicable? Many thanks.
