Wishing you a Happy New Year in advance.

Wanted to understand the process followed in terms of the valuation reports (which method is used), what reports at Made and what benchmarks checks before a VC decides to invest. I am new to this and wanted to understand the whole process from sourcing to final investment. How does this work? Will be thankful to anyone who can clearly lay out the process. Thanks.
