Books, sources on starting a fund?

anyone know any good books or sources for starting a fund (US market) Something that discuss legal structures, licensing, pros cons, raising capital from accrediting and non accredited investors, business plan, ips, pitchbooks ect?

Pretty much everything involved to get it going. As straight arrow and much DIY as possible. Thanks in advance.

I’m not sure how many people will write a DIY guide for this. You probably want to talk to a lawyer or someone else with experience.
