Is it a “Professional Qualification”?

I’m asking because I’m just in the middle of a background checking to an employer (local subsidiary of an American company) and I can fill if I have or have not a ‘Professional Qualification’ but there is no room to correct it to ‘Designation’.

According to what I told Geico, it’s a doctorate degree.
