I did a phone screen interview with the hiring manager last Friday, and today I just got notified by the recruiter that the hiring manager really liked me and wanted to invite me to do a on-site interview next week. This position is one of those very entry level financial analyst roles, and the job is mostly doing FP&A in Excel such as variance analysis, ad-hoc analysis and so on. I really want to get this job, however this will be my first ever onsite interview for a financial analyst role, so I want to ask around to see if anyone has some preparation tips as I am sure most of you have done either similar or much higher level ones than this interview.
