I read through their prospectus and thought it was garbage. Granted I have a lot more research and number crunching to do on this company but it looks like a house of cards. They come up with bogus accounting metrics ACSOI, send out petty memos during their quiet period and now cut their revenue numbers in half because they were accounting for them wrong. Unbelieveable…
