Bookshelf logs me out

Hi everybody.

I have an issue with VitalSource Bookshelf. I use on a browser. It logs me out after random hours of use no matter of the browser (tried on Chrome, Edge, Firefox). VitalSource support seems can’t do anything.

Anyone experienced such an issue? Any solutions?

it happened to me too. it’s annoying. good thing it bookmarks the last page so you can just sign back in and resume.
